Thanks to our new CNC sealing machine, we can now produce seals entirely in-house, precisely tailored to your applications.

Did you know that Mattparts now also manufactures its own seals?

Here at Mattparts, we are further expanding our production capacity with the investment in a new CNC sealing machine. Thanks to this advanced technology, we can now offer fully customized seals in addition to our standard range.

All seals are produced entirely in-house based on the dimensions you specify. This is possible for diameters from 12 mm to no less than 300 mm. We process a wide range of materials such as NBR, PU, PTFE, VITON, and various other compounds, depending on your application and requirements.

In addition, we can produce various profiles, including rod seals, piston seals, support rings, guide rings, and more.

With this expansion, we are able to deliver the exact seal you need quickly and accurately, fully tailored to your specific application, regardless of complexity or size.

 

How does it work?

  • You specify your specific requirements: material, thickness, diameter, chemical resistance, temperature, speed, etc.
  • We then produce the seal that perfectly meets those requirements.
  • This enables us to guarantee a reliable, efficient, and fast solution, whether it's a single piece, a prototype, or an urgent maintenance job.
  • Thanks to CNC technology, we can also work with extreme consistency, ensuring that every seal meets the required tolerances exactly.
